2017 GoogleFEST has ended

GoogleFEST is a two day professional and personalized learning conference for educators.

August 8 is dedicated to Google workshops and August 9 is a full conference including keynote speaker Kasey Bell!

It is presented by the Michigan Association of Computer Users in Learning (MACUL) and CDW-G.

The Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) call for a new way of teaching and learning of science. Learning should be based in sense-making of natural phenomena and assessment should involve application of this knowledge towards explaining other related phenomena. In this session, we will explore how  G Suite can be integrated into the three dimensional learning of science, as well as see examples of what this may look like in a science classroom. Participants will walk away with with a better understand of how applications in G Suite can be used to support instruction and assessment of NGSS.
